Try reinstalling ASP.NET 2.0:

c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis -i

Also make sure that the IIS console shows that, for Properties|ASP.NET of each of your web-shared folders, that v2.0 is shown in the first dropdown.
